Thank you for shopping with Raviron! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your item, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
- It must have all original tags attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at BrownHolden0650@outlook.com. You will receive return instructions and a return shipping label once your request is accepted. Please note, items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will work with you to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care products (such as beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, for any reason, and without justification.
To be eligible for a return under this policy, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it
- Be unworn or unused
- Have tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
